SOL Rattan Bassinet is a beautiful addition to any nursery, providing a warm and inviting space for your precious newborn, They look divine in any nursery creating a boho, french or modern feel. 
My Darling Valentine has been supplying your homes and little darlings with rattan bassinets since early 2017. 


 Recommended for ages 0 - 8 months - please follow the SIDS guidelines.

Please select the appropriate shipping at checkout, if checked out incorrectly, we will send you a paypal invoice for the correct shipping method amount to cover the balance of shipping your item. Please ensure this is correct as we do not offer refunds on Pre order items. The SOL bassinet is a very large item and the shipping cost can vary on your location. If you would like a more accurate shipping quote before purchasing, please email us at sales@mydarlingvalentine.info and we will be happy to help you out. 

 

WHAT IS PRE ORDER 

All of our rattan products are handmade in Indonesia and therefore take 8 - 16 weeks to make a container load and then another 2 weeks to ship over to us and another 5 days to clear customs.

 At the top of the product listing, It will be seen in the description stating if your item is a pre-order. Please check this before placing an order. 


CONTAINER DELAYS

The last few months we have seen massive delays to our deliveries due to maritime industrial strike and port congestion both in Indonesia and effecting the country, then customs and DAFF holds on our containers.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You may need to pay customs duties on your order once arrived at your destination. Please check your local country for the duties that may be required to be paid for your delivery to be released to you.

REFUND POLICY

COVID19: This has caused our containers to be DELAYED. Unfortunately, this issue is out of our control and we do ask for your patience and understanding. This is happening to small and large businesses across Australia. We have been affected and it will mean your order won't ship out as per previously advised delivery dates we will NOT refund your order if we face delays out of our control. Alternatively you will be issued with a credit note to spend online or in store in the future. Our credit notes do not have an expiry. If you purchase this item and select the incorrect shipping method, you will not be eligible for a refund if you wish to not pay the  correct shipping, we will issue you with a Credit Note to use in store at a future date.
