Our rattan finishing coat is a water-based system that is non-toxic and eco-friendly, keeping the environment and your bubbas safe.

 

 

The products we design and create are made with a natural material and are handcrafted with love. Sometimes you may find items vary in colour and craftsmanship slightly. We find these minor "imperfections" in the rattans colouring makes them more perfect.

WHAT IS PRE ORDER 

 

Please read on our what’s a pre order available on our website All our rattan products are handmade in Indonesia and therefore take 8 - 16 weeks to make a container load and then another 2 weeks to ship over to us and another 5 days to clear customs. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 

You may need to pay customs duties on your order once arrived at your destination. Please check your local country for the duties that may be required to be paid for your delivery to be released to you. International – We do not ship the gypsy rocker international like our prams

 

REFUND POLICY

 

COVID19: This has caused our containers to be DELAYED. Unfortunately, this issue is out of our control, and we do ask for your patience and understanding. This is happening to small and large businesses across Australia. We have been affected and it will mean your order won't ship out as per previously advised delivery dates we unfortunately cannot refund your order if we face delays out of our control as we are a small business. If requested, alternatively you will be issued with a credit note to spend online or in store in the future. Our credit notes do not have an expiry. If you purchase this item and select the incorrect shipping method, you will not be eligible for a refund if you wish to not pay the correct shipping, we will issue you with a credit Note to use in store at a future date.

The bolts are tight, secure and manufacturer checked to ensure the pram is a stable and safe product used by children.
