WHAT IS PRE ORDER 

 

 

Please read on our what’s a pre order available on our website All our rattan products are handmade in Indonesia and therefore take 8 - 16 weeks to make a container load and then another 2 weeks to ship over to us and another 5 days to clear customs. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 

 

You may need to pay customs duties on your order once arrived at your destination. Please check your local country for the duties that may be required to be paid for your delivery to be released to you.

 REFUND POLICY

 

 

COVID19: This has caused our containers to be DELAYED. Unfortunately, this issue is out of our control, and we do ask for your patience and understanding. This is happening to small and large businesses across Australia. We have been affected and it will mean your order won't ship out as per previously advised delivery dates we unfortunately cannot refund your order if we face delays out of our control as we are a small business. If requested, alternatively you will be issued with a credit note to spend online or in store in the future. Our credit notes do not have an expiry. If you purchase this item and select the incorrect shipping method, you will not be eligible for a refund if you wish to not pay the correct shipping, we will issue you with a credit Note to use in store at a future date.
